Wednesday (from August 27th) - 45min classes all via ZOOM

SOS Strength @ 6-6.45pm: 45 secs work, 15 secs rest, 2 sets standing using weights (3-5kg x 2) or a resistance band, 2 sets mat based. Working all the muscles groups to gain strength to support the ligaments and joints. BOOK NOW!

Dynamic Sculpt @ 7-7.45pm: a continuous, pumped, sweaty mat based workout based on dynamic pilates moves set to music - expect to burn calories & sculpt those muscles with pulses, lifts and crunches! BOOK NOW!

Barre @ 8-8.45pm: based on traditional ballet barre moves to lengthen the limbs, create a stronger core, tone the glutes and thighs whilst lifting the upper body and creating a more balletic posture. BOOK NOW!
